A complete management solution for logistics and transportation companies that centralizes all operations in a single platform. The system allows managing shipments, controlling transport documentation, administering clients, supervising trips, and visualizing routes in real-time, with a robust role and permission system for multiple users.
Logistics companies managed their operations using multiple disconnected tools, making comprehensive tracking of shipments and trips difficult. Coordination between different departments was complex, transport documentation was handled in a dispersed manner, and there was no real-time visibility of shipment locations. Access control and permissions for different roles (administrators, operators, drivers, clients) was limited, compromising operational security and efficiency.
We created a centralized platform that unifies all logistics management. The system includes complete shipment tracking from creation to delivery, control of transport-associated documentation (waybills, delivery notes), client and contact database management. We implemented real-time route visualization through integration with geolocation systems, allowing clients and administrators to know the exact status of their shipments. The granular role and permission management system allows controlling which operations each user can perform, improving security and traceability of logistics operations.
