Context

A mid-sized logistics company was running its entire operation across disconnected spreadsheets, email threads, and phone calls. With a growing fleet and dozens of daily shipments across multiple regions, the lack of a unified system was actively blocking their ability to scale.

Challenge

Dispatchers, drivers, and clients were working in silos. Transport documentation — waybills, delivery notes, compliance records — was scattered across departments and prone to loss. Clients had zero visibility into their shipment status, generating a flood of inbound support calls. There was no role-based access control, meaning sensitive operational data was exposed across the entire team.

Solution

We built a centralized operations platform unifying every function into a single interface: end-to-end shipment tracking, automated documentation generation, real-time route visualization via geolocation, and a granular role system for administrators, operators, drivers, and clients. A dedicated client portal let customers track their own shipments without contacting support.
