Context

A squash federation running a large multi-club league was managing tournaments through email chains, shared documents, and manual scheduling. With dozens of clubs, hundreds of players, and multiple concurrent cups running across an entire season, the organizational overhead had become unmanageable.

Challenge

Generating fair fixtures manually for a tournament with complex format rules — multiple teams per club, varied availability, balanced matchups — took days of coordinator work and still produced scheduling conflicts. Club captains had no self-service tools to confirm lineups or submit results, so everything funneled through a single administrator who became a bottleneck before every matchday.

Solution

We built a tournament management platform where AI automatically generates fixtures that account for team constraints, round-robin fairness, and scheduling conditions. Club captains got their own portal to confirm squads and upload match results directly. Administrators manage the full tournament calendar from a single dashboard. Multimedia content — match recaps, photos — can be published in seconds to keep the community engaged throughout the season.
