A mobile solution designed for warehouse managers who need to manage inventories and logistics operations directly from the field. The application integrates with Odoo ERP, providing a touch-optimized interface for mobile devices and tablets that transforms the way warehouse teams interact with the enterprise system.
Warehouse managers faced difficulties using Odoo ERP from mobile devices in the field. The traditional web interface wasn't optimized for touchscreens and workers wearing industrial gloves found it impossible to interact with small buttons and complex forms. This resulted in time loss, data entry errors, and staff frustration at being unable to complete tasks like scanning products or confirming deliveries from the point of operation.
We developed a native mobile application with a field-optimized interface: large buttons designed for use with gloves, high contrast for readability under direct sunlight, and simplified workflows. The app includes integrated barcode reader for quick merchandise registration, photographic capture of deliveries, and digital signature directly from the device. The solution transformed the operational experience of warehouse staff, significantly improving productivity, accuracy, and traceability of logistics operations.
