A warehouse operation running on Odoo ERP had a field problem: workers wearing industrial gloves couldn't use the system from their mobile devices. The existing web interface was designed for desktops, with small buttons and complex forms that were impossible to interact with on the floor.
Every product scan, delivery confirmation, or inventory update required workers to step away from their station, remove gloves, and find a desktop terminal. This friction caused constant interruptions, data entry delays, and frequent errors. Supervisors had no real-time visibility of field operations, and productivity was suffering on every shift.
We developed a native mobile app purpose-built for warehouse field use: oversized touch targets designed for gloved hands, high-contrast display readable under direct sunlight, and simplified workflows that cut steps down to their minimum. The app included an integrated barcode scanner, photographic delivery capture, and on-device digital signature — all syncing live with Odoo ERP.
