Context

A fresh produce distributor specializing in fruits and vegetables was managing its entire operation manually — purchases, sales, invoices, and stock — using paper records and generic spreadsheets. With perishable inventory and tight delivery windows, any delay or error had direct financial consequences.

Challenge

Manual invoice processing meant staff spent hours re-entering data from PDF documents, generating transcription errors that cascaded into incorrect financial reports. Stock visibility was always lagging, making it impossible to prevent spoilage or react to demand spikes. There was no single source of truth for cash flow, inventory, or client history.

Solution

We developed a comprehensive web platform that automated the full business cycle: purchase and sales management with auto-generated commercial documents, real-time perishable stock control, cash management, and automated financial reports. The standout feature was an intelligent OCR module that extracted invoice data from PDFs automatically — eliminating manual entry entirely and feeding accurate data directly into reports.
