Fresh produce distribution companies faced difficulties efficiently managing their complete operational flow. Manual management of purchases, sales, documentation (purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices) and inventory control was error-prone and time-consuming. Processing PDF invoices required manual data entry, generating delays and potential errors in financial reports. Lack of real-time visibility of stock and sales made operational decision-making difficult.
We developed a comprehensive web platform that centralizes all business operations. The system allows managing purchases and sales with automatic generation of commercial documentation (purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices). It includes real-time stock control adapted to perishable products, cash management, and automated financial reports. The standout feature is the intelligent PDF processing module that uses OCR to automatically extract invoice data and generate associated reports, eliminating manual data entry and improving accuracy in financial management.
