Context

A functional medicine coaching company had a proven methodology but no digital channel to reach new patients at scale. Their intake process was entirely manual — phone consultations, paper questionnaires, and handwritten biometric records — which capped their growth and made it hard to demonstrate clinical value to prospects.

Challenge

Without a digital presence, converting interested leads into paying clients was slow and unpredictable. Practitioners had no structured way to collect patient health data before the first consultation, leading to long initial sessions and delayed care plans. There was no system for patients to track their own biometrics over time or see how they were progressing.

Solution

We built a full-stack health platform — web and mobile — centered around a 260-question health systems assessment covering gut health, metabolism, stress, sex hormones, and immunity. Upon completion, patients receive a personalized "Complete Symptom Synopsis" report that highlights the most compromised body systems. A biometric tracking module lets patients log temperature, heart rate, and blood sugar, giving practitioners a longitudinal data view before the first appointment.
