What is Product Evolution?

Product Evolution is our continuous development model for live products. It's designed for companies that want their product to keep improving — but don't want to manage a development team sprint by sprint.

You define a monthly budget. We size the team to match. And we take it from there.

How it works

Your monthly budget sets the capacity. Every engagement starts by agreeing on a budget. From there, we put together a team that fits — developers, QA, design, whatever your product needs. The team stays consistent so they build deep product knowledge over time.

We plan the work. You stay informed. Every two sprints, we sit down internally with the full context of your product and define what we'll tackle next. We bring that plan to you, walk you through it, and explain the reasoning behind our priorities.

Scope is fixed per sprint. Tradeoffs are transparent. The bi-weekly sync is the moment to align. If you want to add something, we'll be honest about what needs to move. We don't resize the team sprint by sprint — we work within the agreed capacity and make sure every sprint counts.

Demo. Align. Repeat. At the end of each sprint, we demo what we built. You see real progress, not status reports.

What gets built

  • New features based on product roadmap and user needs
  • Bug fixes and performance improvements
  • UX refinements and design updates
  • Technical debt reduction and code quality improvements

The outcome

A product that improves consistently — without you having to manage the process. Predictable delivery, real accountability, and a team that knows your product as well as you do.
